Benefits of Creating An Online Profile |
Central Florida has over 1,600 known Sigma Chi Alumni living in the area and it is CFAC’s goal to get as many alumni involved and active as possible. One of the biggest challenges facing CFAC is one of communication – we need to know which brothers are active and interested in being involved and we also must be able to contact them quickly and effectively.
By creating and properly maintaining an Online Profile, you are helping CFAC accomplish this goal. With CFAC’s Online Profile, we are able to have accurate and up-to-date contact information for each alumnus in addition to cutting down the cost of mass postal mailings. In the past, CFAC’s traditional once a year “Membership Drive” included printing and mailing over 1,600 “Membership Surveys”. Launching the Online Profile and eliminating the need to mail the traditional Membership Survey will literally save CFAC thousands of dollars per year.
Throughout the year CFAC hosts an array of events: casual lunches, happy hours, the annual Blue & Gold Honors Luncheon, Brotherhood Building Events, the annual Christmas Party, and much more. CFAC also participates with our local undergraduate chapters including Ritual Initiation Ceremonies, Undergraduate Mentoring, Recruitment and Pledge Programs, Alumni Relations, and more. Maintaining an Online Profile will allow you to RSVP for all of CFAC’s events and stay informed about events, news, undergraduate activities, and more.
A successful CFAC and Peterson potential undergraduate chapters requires thriving, active alumni – not by a few, but by many. Please complete your Online Profile today and maintain its contents so that CFAC can always be in contact with you quickly and effectively.
