Option 2 - Pay by Mail
Please click on the link below and print out the 2008 CFAC Membership Registration Form. After doing so, please complete it and send it to the address on the bottom of the Form along with a check for $35 made out to the CFAC.
Your annual dues payment helps us keep the Chapter operating and allows for the addition of value-added benefits to you the member. As we grow - so will the benefits to you!
